Housing Resolved

After a lot of thinking and debating, our housing situations are clear. For everyone but Kala that is, who plans on moving back home, at least for a bit.

Chelsea is living on campus with a few of our friends while Megan is moving in (on campus still) with members of her volleyball team. Now I, on the other hand, found a place. I will be living with another Chelsea, in an off-campus apartment.

Now, I can't give off too much information but I am happy we will have a pool and we are getting our keys soon... not soon enough for us though!

I think we all stressed too much about it. I think we all knew what we wanted, or could do, just did not know how to organize it and actually say it to each other. But, it is good we figured it out because we have enough to do in the upcoming weeks.

Other than figuring out housing, we have all been bonding over one movie. Here's the trailer. I didn't want to spoil it for those if you that haven't gotten to see it. (And yes, we have all watched this at least two times over the past 36 hours!)

My Boyfriend's Back

"My boyfriend's back and you're gonna..." be lucky you really don't have to hear that! But clearly this weekend is exciting because Josh is here for the week. Poor kid, has to deal with me. I know he loves it thought.

I think cupid has hit 503 - very well - for the first time this year. Everyone here is happy with a significant other. Now, I can't do too much gossip on them, we'll let them do it themselves, but even Chelsea is in a great mood! (Trust me, you can see if you look at her status' on Facebook and AIM.

Why does everyone find it necessary to post how happy they are and if they miss people on line? Clearly I am guilty of this because I am doing it in this blog! But really, we all complain that our lives are out in the open and yet, we do it to ourselves.

Because we are all happy, nothing has been too crazy around here. We have either been spending time talking to our men, all of which don't live here, or doing a ton of work!

How can you support us?
- Well, I guess you have to wait and see until after my roommates get back this weekend!

And for those of you who had no idea what I was "singing," here is the video... ENJOY! (But really the lyrics do not relate to me, just got excited by saying my boyfriend's back!)

Happy April!

I swear our ghost is back. I have been hearing doors open and close when no one is here. My mom tells me I am just crazy, which is very true, I would bet.

With school winding down, the number of days, not how busy we are that is, as a group, the four of us have been deciding when to move out of the apartment. (As I have hinted in previous blogs, Spencer has moved out for reasons I cannot relay.) Deciding when to leave would not be such a problem if we did not have to clean.

However, we do. And clean up leaves us with a large living/dining room/kitchen to clean, plus three bedrooms. And the way the dust comes out of these vents, it won't be fun! Can anyone explain to me how you clean a wooden floor and then two hours later there is dust everywhere?!

This topic is one in which you will find all of us in agreement. We clean, or shall I say used to clean, a lot. However, it is quite aggravating that no matter how much we clean, it stays dirty! Does anyone else who lives in the apartments have this problem? Please let us know how you avoid it/fix it.

How can you support us?
-Come visit Chelsea and I at Town Tavern tomorrow. Check our Facebooks for drink specials!
-And if Megan finds her work schedule out for the next few days, visit her at work at The Courthouse Tavern. Especially on Fridays. (Supposedly it has some awesome fish!)
